Creme I was asked to work during the Oreo Cookie Vs. Creme Super Bowl 2013 campaign. Where users of the popular social media photo editing app, Instagram, would take a picture of their desire and hashtag, "#CookieThis" or "#CremeThis" where then the image would be picked up by the Wieden+Kennedy team and filtered to the best and appropriate images to be handed to 14 food sculptures where they could attempt to recreate the exact photo, by using only Oreo cookie or completely out of Oreo Creme! Where a picture of the final sculpture would be taken on an iPhone and sent to me, I helped produce the images by compositing and retouching for final delivery of the instagram image. I would retouch any blemishes and create a consistant look. When the user see's the Super Bowl ad, they would be able to connect to the web experience on desktop, tablet and mobile and vote for the team they want to see win at the end of the Super Bowl. The user has options to sabotage the opposing team, which they would be shown a video on what would happen to their team based on the votes and who was winning, at the end of every quarter. At the end of the game, there will be only one winner and be shown the results! Thus, I designed a sleek, letter pressed card, which HR hands employees so they can use to write these important numbers down. I wanted to create something that people can learn from without even thinking. Using a method which brings it all the way back to your childhood: Color Shape Pictures Using these three elements, I hoped to achieve making something so complex, but simple enough that anyone can learn and have fun while doing it. The design consists of two sections on the informational poster. The first section is designed for people who want know the finer details on what goes into what bin though text. The second section is split between Allowed items and Not Allowed items. Where we took pictures of trash that we use mainly in the office and place them in there respective categories. We included a not allowed section to make certain myths and misconceptions easier. For example, a coffee cup might feel like paper, which it is, however there is a thin wax seal inside the box that does not make it compostable. I was approached by a team of brilliant minds to create a experience to introduce all the interns to the whole agency. The thing that makes Wieden+Kennedy so special is the people, when you walk though the agencies front doors, you don't see awards, you see portraits of all the people who work here. Myself and Rahim Masunu came up with the idea of having our own version of the portraits in the front of the building. Pictures that are not similar, but are unique in their own way, portraits that shows a little character about who we all are. Each poster is 24" x 72" and went across a wall in the atrium, in the middle of the office. Over a period of four days, we randomly pieced together sections and slowly revealed the message of W+Kulture at the end of day four, and on that day is a party on the rooftop with all the interns and staff.
